Semolina Porridge

Required ingredients
- 1 cup milk (250 ml)
- 3 tablespoons semolina (regular)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- sugar (maybe 1 teaspoon) and salt to taste (less than 1/4 teaspoon)
Instructions
- In a saucepan put little water (1 tablespoon), so that the milk does not burn
- In a saucepan, put milk combine the milk, sugar, and salt to taste.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
- When the milk boils, gradually add the semolina, stirring to avoid lumps.
- Reduce the heat to a minimum and continue stirring until the porridge thickens for about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the butter and stir until fully distributed.
- Serve the hot or warm porridge. Enjoy your meal!
