Semolina Porridge

Required ingredients

  • 1 cup milk (250 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons semolina (regular)
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • sugar (maybe 1 teaspoon) and salt to taste (less than 1/4 teaspoon)

Instructions

  1. In a saucepan put little water (1 tablespoon), so that the milk does not burn
  2. In a saucepan, put milk combine the milk, sugar, and salt to taste.
  3. Place the saucepan over medium heat and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally.
  4. When the milk boils, gradually add the semolina, stirring to avoid lumps.
  5. Reduce the heat to a minimum and continue stirring until the porridge thickens for about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Add the butter and stir until fully distributed.
  7. Serve the hot or warm porridge. Enjoy your meal!
